In March 2024, Copper Pearl opened its first flagship retail store at City Creek Mall in Salt Lake City. I led the end-to-end planning, design, and construction of the space, translating the brand’s digital identity into a compelling real world experience. Working closely with general contractors, visual merchandisers, and the executive team, I ensured every element—from materials and finishes to signage and product displays—aligned with our brand standards to create a welcoming environment for families.

I managed timelines, budgets and vendor coordination balancing creative vision with operational practicality. The store layout and customer journey were strategically designed to support storytelling, product discovery, and intuitive navigation, resulting in a flagship space that brings the Copper Pearl brand to life.
